Rocklands Safaris is a Game Ranch located in the malaria-free area of South Africa near Fort Beaufort in the Eastern Cape.

We are able to arrange for other activities during your stay. We can arrange game fishing, tours to Cape Town, along the scenic Garden Route or the breath-taking Wine Route.
Much may have changed during the early hunter-gatherer days, but the thrill remains the same in our modern safari experience.

HUNTING AT ROCKLANDS
Rocklands Safaris is ideal for hunters of all experience-levels. The property sprawls over 10 000 acres which is owned and run by us.
We have 1000's of acres available on the neighboring cattle ranches to where we can hunt free-range kudu and other species.
The terrain is less hilly and the bush is quite dense, so spotting and tracking is not easy.
The shot will test your skill.

The property has a charming seven bedroom lodge. All bedrooms have en-suite shower and WC.
There is a friendly bar, comfortable lounge, delicious dining room, as well as swimming pool to cool down after those hot days hunting. A boma and braai area with glorious views round off your exciting African hunting experience.
CONSERVATION
Rocklands Safaris is run on highly ethical grounds. We have a total commitment to conservation and sustainability.
We have ongoing breeding programs and are proud to have grown the numbers and quality of our species since the farm was first established.
We have expanded the size of the farm and have reclaimed large areas which have previously been barren and overgrazed by domestic animals. Now, we have herds of antelope that are extinct in their native habitats.
At Rocklands Safaris, the emphasis is on constant improvement and development. Our dams have been fully renovated, fencing improved, and firebreaks constantly monitored.
Educational tours are a regular occurrence, which Rocklands Safaris does not charge for. Children are brought by bus from various surrounding schools to enjoy nature, see game, hear talks on farming, ecology, and wildlife, and learn about conservation.
NON-HUNTING ACTIVITIES
Our facilities are equipped for both hunters and non-hunters. We have a lovely pool area and main reception building with the dining room and a TV.
We can also arrange outings for those who do not want to join the hunters.
